Managing & Resolving Conflict Effectively

Conflict may be defined as a struggle or contest between people with opposing needs, ideas, beliefs, values, or goals. The Effective Conflict Management & Resolution Programme will equip participants with skills and strategies that will enable them to resolve conflict; have a greater self-awareness about conflict modes & conflict communication skills and establish a structure for the management of conflict in their environment.
